Motion Practice

Lisa M. Cox with Gomez Trial Attorneys, will provide practical tips for calendaring, preparation of charts, and checklists for different types of motions. Preparation of Ex-Parte applications and substantive motion shells, preparing exhibits, hearing binders, and preparing for motion hearings. This lecture is pre-recorded.
